Technical Round
Once your application is shortlisted, you will be contacted for a technical round. Here, we assess your technical knowledge and skills for the position you are applying for.
Practical Round
On qualifying in the technical round, you will be assessed for your practical skills along with other soft skills such as time management, communication problem solving, Attention to detail, Collaboration, Adaptability, Client relationship management, Self-motivation, Continuous learning and more.
Final Meeting
Finally, once you clear all above rounds and meet all the criteria for the position, a meeting with our CEO Mrs.Saranya Paruchuri. This meeting will enable us to get to know each other on a personal level. This will ensure we’re a good fit for each other. Our hiring process varies based on the roles and applicants.
